What the price includes, and what changes it
Included in every shade figure
Fabric, fascia, the motor and its control, a wired low-voltage power panel sized to the motor count, and measuring, installation and programming by our own certified installers. Never subcontracted.
1. Size brackets
Hardware prices by width and drop brackets, not by the inch. Give a size class for a range, or exact inches for the exact bracket, the way our quotes are built.
2. Fabric
Performance solar screens, light-filtering weaves and full blackouts are covered by the figures. Designer fabrics are priced at the consultation; we fabricate in-house, so there is no middleman markup.
3. Motor brand
Somfy delivers quiet motorization at the accessible end of the range. Lutron adds the control architecture HomeWorks, RA3 and integrator-driven homes are built on, at roughly 1.6 times the Somfy figure. Both are shown side by side.
4. Power
The figures assume a wired power panel that never needs charging. Rechargeable motors drop the panel and add charging; they suit finished condos and are priced per window at the consultation.
5. Details
Coupled shades across sliders wider than 144", drapery layered over solar shades, recessed pockets that hide everything but the fabric: the details that make the room are quoted openly, per opening.
