Deposit, lead time, warranties
Deposit and balance
A 40% deposit confirms your order after project approval; the remaining 60% is due on installation completion. Cash, major credit cards, Zelle, bank transfers, and personal or business checks.
Lead time
Typically 3 to 4 weeks from approval, varying with fabric availability and project complexity. Installation runs about 30 minutes per window on average.
Warranties
Somfy motors and controls 5 years, Lutron shade systems 8 years, Mermet and Phifer interior fabrics 10 years, and 5 years on our own installation. The manufacturer terms come in writing with every quote. What each one covers.
Service after the install
We service and reprogram motorized systems, including ones we did not install, and replace motors in Lutron systems that have gone quiet. Lutron service and repair.
