Which fabrics, and how you want to see them
Most people meet the samples at the consultation: we bring them with the demo motors, judge the colour on your wall, and measure while we are there. You can add more colourways below.
Three steps, no surprises
1. We confirm the colourways
You get an email listing exactly what we will bring or set out. Lutron colourways are ordered as the mill's memo samples for your appointment.
2. You see them in your light
At the consultation we hold each sample against your wall and your glass, morning or evening, with the demo motors running. Showroom visits are by appointment so your fabrics are on the table when you arrive.
3. Nothing is cut before you approve
The installer measures every opening, the written quote names the fabric and system per window, and fabrication starts after you approve the sample.
