See It On Your Own Window
Take a photo of your window, pick any Lutron fabric, and see the two together before you spend a dollar. Free, no sign-up, and the colour comes from Lutron's own swatch.
Why this one is different
The real colourway, not a guess
Other visualizers offer you "beige roller shade". This one is built on Lutron's complete fabric library, and the picture is made using Lutron's own photograph of the exact colourway you chose, so what you see is the tone you would actually receive.
Every fabric Lutron makes
All 921 colourways across 56 designs: solar screens in every openness, blackouts, the Atelier textures, honeycombs, sheer blinds and wood blinds. Search by family, colour or type, then open the full specification page for the one you like.
Nothing is kept
Your photo is resized in your own browser, used once to make the picture, and not stored. No account, no email address, no newsletter. Save the picture if you want it, close the tab if you do not.
Then the honest part
A picture is a starting point. What decides the result is the measurement, the mount, the openness for that exposure and the fabric in your hand. That is the free consultation, and it is where we earn the job.
Three things that make the difference
Stand back far enough that the whole window is in the frame, with a little of the wall on each side. The computer needs to see where the window ends to hang the shade on it.
Shoot straight on rather than from the side of the room, and shoot in daylight. A window photographed at a sharp angle, or at night against a dark pane, gives the weakest result, and so does a shot with the sun blazing directly into the lens.
Leave the room as you live in it. The furniture, the floor and the view stay exactly as they are in your photo; only the window treatment is added, so the more the picture looks like your room, the more useful the answer.
The visualizer: frequently asked
Is this what my shade will really look like?
It is a visualization, not a photograph of the finished shade. The colour is taken from Lutron's own swatch image of the exact colourway, so the tone is right, but the fit, the folds and the light are the computer's best guess at your room. The real thing is decided at the free measurement, with the fabric in your hand.
What happens to my photo?
It is resized in your browser, sent once to make the picture, and that is the end of it. We do not keep it, we do not publish it, and nothing is posted anywhere. You are not asked for an email address to use this.
Which photo works best?
One taken straight on, in daylight, with the whole window in the frame and the room lit as you normally live in it. Photos taken at a sharp angle, at night, or with the sun blazing straight into the lens give the weakest results.
Can I see several fabrics on the same window?
Yes. Make one picture, then pick another colourway and press the button again. The results line up under the picture so you can flip between them and compare.
Do you actually carry these fabrics?
All of them. We are a certified Lutron dealer and the picker holds Lutron's complete shade fabric library, 921 colourways, the same list on our Lutron fabrics pages. Shortlist the ones you like and we order Lutron's samples for the consultation.
Can I get a price for what I am looking at?
Yes. The button under the picture opens our instant price tool with that fabric already selected, and gives a budgetary figure by window size and motor type. The written quote follows the free in-home measurement.
The picture is free. So is the measurement.
Book a complimentary in-home consultation. We bring demo motors, order the Lutron samples of the colours you shortlisted, and measure every opening properly before a single number is written down.
