At 118 in the cloth is turned sideways and the width becomes the height, so a window wall up to about 9 ft 10 in tall carries no seam at all; that is the wide-width advantage on floor-to-ceiling glass. The repeat is vertical 0.125 in, matched across seams and from window to window, so the yardage is figured on the repeat rather than the finished size. Polyester holds its pleat and its size in humid air and after cleaning, and stands up to Florida sun better than cotton or linen does. Care is WA (washable). It carries CAL 117, an upholstery flammability listing.

Best use
Sheers are our most requested drapery and Adara is used as one: floor to ceiling on a ceiling-mounted track, ripplefold or pinch pleat, set at 2.5 to 3 times fullness so the wave is even from end to end. The wide width means a whole wall in one piece.
Light and privacy
By day it softens the light and frames the view. After dark, with the room lit, the room is visible from outside: sheers are layered with a blackout or lined panel where privacy matters, or with a solar roller behind for glare by day.
Cloth and care
100% polyester; care WA (washable). Polyester keeps its size and its pleat in humid air and after cleaning, and holds its colour in the sun better than a natural fibre.
Limitations
No privacy at night with the lights on, and no blackout; it is layered where either is needed. Railroaded wide-width goods are not cut into Roman shades; for a matching Roman we pick a 54 inch cloth from the same book. The seamless drop tops out at about 9 ft 10 in; a taller wall is seamed or turned back up the roll.

We do not cut railroaded wide-width goods into Roman shades; the weave runs the wrong way for the folds. For a matching Roman we pick a 54 inch cloth from the same Alendel book, and the panels stay in Adara.
