Window Treatments for Eturna
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for oceanfront floor-to-ceiling glass - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for Eturna
ETURNA is a seven-storey, 36-unit beachside building on the Hollywood Broadwalk - very small by South Florida oceanfront standards - and it stacks two-storey villa townhomes on the lower residential levels beneath single-floor flats above. Window heights and terrace conditions genuinely differ between the villa portion and the flat portion of the same building.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Villas And Flats Differ
Two-storey villas below, single-floor flats above. Frameless glass balconies and glass staircases in the villas need a different answer entirely.
Ten-Foot Living Areas
Ten-foot ceilings in the living spaces behind floor-to-ceiling impact glass. Recessed pockets keep the hardware out of the sightline.
Ocean East, Intracoastal West
A narrow footprint splits the building between ocean-facing and Intracoastal-facing homes. Two exposures, two fabric decisions.
Thirty-Six Homes
At 36 units we specify per residence rather than per stack. Villas and flats are quoted as the different products they are.

“Very happy with my new pinch pleat drapes! Exotic Shades & Draperies came to my condo in Fort Lauderdale with many fabric options and a variety of material. I wasn’t sure what to choose, but they gave me great guidance on the fabric and style. The result is perfect more privacy while still keeping plenty of natural light. Highly recommended !”
“We hired exotic shades draperies for the motorized roller shades in our house in Hallandale, and we are really happy with the job. My husband wanted the best quality of shades and the quietest, so David recommended we go with Lutron shades that he installed with the system in our house. Super professional, meticuluos in detail. Exactly what we wanted. Great customer service! Recommend 10/10”
“I recently purchased a condo in west palm beach and needed a solution to protect my home office from UV rays and excessive sunlight. Exotic Shades & Draperies recommended motorized solar shades, and they were the perfect solution. They protect my furniture and computer screens while still allowing natural light into the room. The installation was flawless, and the shades are easy to operate. I'm extremely happy with the result and highly recommend their team!”
