Window Treatments for La Mare (Regency & Signature Collections)
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for waterfront glass and terraces - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for La Mare
La Maré is two eight-storey bayfront buildings from the same team - the nine-residence Signature Collection and the 33-residence Regency Collection - both built around wrap-around floor-to-ceiling glass walls facing Biscayne Bay. Signature carries the taller ceilings at nine-two to ten-two with nine-foot window heads; Regency has the glass-walled terraces on the bay elevation.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Two Collections, Two Specs
Signature and Regency are different buildings with different ceilings. We quote from your collection and your plan, never from the address alone.
Wrap-Around Glass Walls
Glass that turns the corner needs the corner solved first. We template it rather than breaking the run wherever it happens to land.
Nine-Foot Window Heads
Signature's nine-foot heads under a ten-two ceiling leave a real pocket. Used well, the hardware disappears entirely.
Bay Frontage
Both buildings face Biscayne Bay. Reflected water glare is the governing condition, and it sets the openness factor.
