A PVC-free screen made from 100% recycled content
Basketweave Eco2 is Lutron's PVC-free basketweave: 100% recycled-content TPO (thermoplastic olefin), nine colours (Cotton, Almond, Wheat, Stone, Barley, Nickel, Midnight, Bark, Slate) in 1%, 3% and 5%, 96 inches wide. It is listed to NFPA 701, NFPA 101 and CAN/ULC-S109 and carries GREENGUARD, RoHS and lead-free certifications, with visible light transmission from 2% to 22% across the card.
Two fabrication notes: Eco2 is not seamable and not railroadable, so a single shade tops out at the 96-inch fabric width. For a wider slider we split into two shades on one headrail, which on a Lutron system still moves as one.

Not as one shade; the fabric is 96 inches wide and cannot be seamed or railroaded. We make two shades on a shared headrail and program them to move together, with the light gap set at the mullion.
