Window Treatments for Mr. C Residences
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for designer glass walls - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for Mr. C
Mr. C stacks 146 Cipriani-branded residences over a 110-key hotel in downtown West Palm Beach, with ten-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout. Floors 16 to 25 carry full 360-degree exposure including the Atlantic to the east. Worth knowing before you buy anything: motorised window shades are already part of the standard residence specification here.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Shades Are Already Standard
Motorised shades come with the residence. Our work here is usually upgrading fabric, adding blackout, or layering drapery over what is fitted.
360 Degrees On Floors 16–25
Full-circle exposure means every elevation at some point in the day. One coherent scheme across four orientations, not four separate decisions.
Ten-Foot Glass
Ten-foot ceilings throughout the residences. Where the fitted pocket allows, we add a second layer without a second headrail showing.
830 To 2,200 Square Feet
One to four bedrooms in the same tower. We quote from your plan rather than the building specification sheet.

“I recently purchased a condo in west palm beach and needed a solution to protect my home office from UV rays and excessive sunlight. Exotic Shades & Draperies recommended motorized solar shades, and they were the perfect solution. They protect my furniture and computer screens while still allowing natural light into the room. The installation was flawless, and the shades are easy to operate. I'm extremely happy with the result and highly recommend their team!”
“Very happy with my new pinch pleat drapes! Exotic Shades & Draperies came to my condo in Fort Lauderdale with many fabric options and a variety of material. I wasn’t sure what to choose, but they gave me great guidance on the fabric and style. The result is perfect more privacy while still keeping plenty of natural light. Highly recommended !”
