Window Treatments for The Residences at Six Fisher Island
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for panoramic island glass - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for Six Fisher Island
Fifty residences over ten storeys on the last development parcel on Fisher Island - estate-scale three- to eight-bedroom plans with private elevator entry, which makes this a vertical stack of houses rather than a condo tower. Ten-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glazing, and terraces a full fifteen feet deep on more than a thousand linear feet of shoreline between the Atlantic and Biscayne Bay.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Fifteen-Foot Terraces
The deepest terraces we quote anywhere. They shade so much of the glass that fabric choice shifts toward openness and view rather than heat control.
House-Scale Plans
Three to eight bedrooms behind one front door. We plan the whole residence as a single system - same fabric family, same motor sound, room to room.
Ten-Foot Glazing
Ten-foot ceilings with terrace access straight off the primary suites. Recessed pockets keep the hardware out of a Tara Bernerd interior.
Ocean And Bay
More than a thousand feet of shoreline on two sides. Each elevation gets its own openness factor; the residence still reads as one scheme.
