Window Treatments for Waldorf Astoria Residences
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for oceanfront glass worthy of the brand - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for Waldorf Astoria Pompano
The Waldorf Astoria Residences is a 28-storey tower with a continuously curved facade the architects describe as inspired by the smoothing of beach pebbles, so the floor-to-ceiling glass follows a curve on every level. Only 92 residences over 28 floors means large full-floor and half-floor plates, with ten-foot-deep balconies wrapping the glass and private elevator entry to every home.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Curved On Every Level
The facade curves continuously, so there is no straight glass run in the building. Every residence is templated to its own radius.
Ninety-Two Homes, 28 Floors
Large full-floor and half-floor plates mean long continuous runs rather than small punched openings. One system per residence.
Ten-Foot Balconies
Deep terraces wrapping the glass do real shading work, which usually earns a more open fabric and a better ocean view.
Ocean East, Intracoastal West
A narrow ocean-to-road parcel splits exposure sharply. Penthouse wraparound terraces of 3,200 square feet get their own treatment.

“We had an amazing experience working with Exotic Shades & Draperies team. They came to our house in Hollywood and took the time to show us all fabrics from several suppliers and explained us the difference between the quality of sheer fabric. 3 weeks laters, they delivered what they promised.”
“As a contractor l've worked with a lot of window treatment companies and Exotic Shades is the best. Motorized sheers in a living room job, made the whole room feel bigger and tied everything together. Their own team, clean install, on time. Couldn't ask for a better partner”
“Thanks to David our new location is now complete. We have a huge window facing south and the sun was unbearable. We needed something that blocked the sun's heat but allowed natural light. His recommendation were spot on and the installation was remarkably fast. Thanks. He really knows his stuff.”
