Greenwood is one of the Alendel drapery cloths we make up here, with 10 colourways on the card, in 91% recycled polyester and 9% polyester, at 122 in wide, railroaded. The card is Celadon, Cream, Driftwood, Heather, Limelight, Mist, Vanilla, Victorian Mauve plus 2 more; Alendel files them under green, beige, brown, purple, grey and white. None flagged in stock by Alendel at the time of reading, so every colour is a mill order. It sits in Alendel's Ardennes Book.

The width is the reason to look at it: railroaded, the 122 in becomes the drop, so a wall of glass up to about 10 ft 2 in high runs seamless from end to end, which is how we sew a drapery across a window wall without a seam. Alendel gives the repeat as vertical 34.5 in, horizontal 36.5 in; we match it across every seam and every window in the room, which adds yardage and is part of the quote. Polyester holds its pleat and its size in humid air and after cleaning, and stands up to Florida sun better than cotton or linen does. It weighs 1.61 lb per yard by Alendel's listing, and a cloth of that weight is hung on a track or rod sized for it. Care is WA-P (washable or dry clean). It passes NFPA 701 and CAN/ULC S109, the drapery flame tests asked for on commercial and condo common-area work in the US and Canada; it also carries CAL 117, an upholstery flammability listing; and FMVSS 302, the automotive interior test.
