Window Treatments for Aria Reserve (North Tower)
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for expansive water-view glass - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for Aria Reserve
Aria Reserve's North Tower is one of two identical 62-storey towers on Biscayne Bay. The bay-facing elevations curve gently at the corners and the terraces run up to eleven feet deep off both the living room and the primary suite. Almost every plan is flow-through east–west - sunrise over the water on one side, sunset over the city on the other, in the same home.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Eleven-Foot Terraces
Terraces this deep already shade a good portion of the glass. That usually earns you a more open weave and more of the bay than you expected.
Sunrise East, Sunset West
Flow-through plans face both ways. East takes hard morning glare off the water, west the late heat - two fabrics, one colour story.
Ten To Twelve Feet
Ceiling heights run ten to twelve feet, eleven in the Skyview Residences. Motors and tubes are sized to your actual drop.
Curved Bay Corners
The bay elevations curve at the corners. We template the radius rather than forcing a straight track around it.
