Window Treatments for E11EVEN Club Hotel & Residences
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for floor-to-ceiling glass - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences
E11EVEN publishes its glass heights, which is rarer than it should be: nine-foot-six to ten feet in standard residences, twelve in penthouses, fourteen in the Presidential Suites. Many homes use French balconies rather than walk-out terraces, so the glass runs as an uninterrupted floor-to-ceiling plane - beautiful, and completely unshaded.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Glass Heights Are Published
Nine-six to ten standard, twelve in penthouses, fourteen in the Presidential Suites. We quote to your actual height rather than a building average.
French Balconies
No terrace overhang means nothing shades the glass but the fabric. Solar screen does the heat work; blackout handles the sleep.
Fourteen-Foot Drops
At fourteen feet a standard motor will not do. Presidential Suites get heavy-duty tubes and motors rated for the span.
A Building That Stays Up Late
Bedrooms here need real blackout, not near-blackout. Side channels and a closed light gap are the difference between dark and nearly dark.
