Window Treatments for Surf House
Motorized shades, sheers, and custom drapery for oceanfront floor-to-ceiling glass - priced per floor plan, installed by our own team.
Shading designed for Surf House
Surf House is deliberately designed against the Miami glass-tower norm - an eleven-storey, seventeen-residence oceanfront building whose elevation is a rhythm of softly curved alabaster arches, terrazzo and palm-shaped columns, with balcony railings of opacified frit glass that read as part of the facade. The windows sit inside an architectural frame rather than forming a curtain wall.
Send us your unit line or floor plan and we return a budgetary quote covering every window - shades, sheers, and drapes - usually within days. Every treatment is fabricated in our own South Florida workroom and installed by our own certified team - the same standard behind our South Florida projects.
Arches, Not Curtain Wall
Windows set within arched masonry openings, not a flat glass plane. That changes the mount, the reveal and often the whole approach.
Frit Glass Railings
The opacified railings already soften the light reaching the glass. That shifts what the fabric needs to do, usually toward openness.
Seventeen Residences
2,262 to 7,780 square feet, seventeen homes. Every one is specified individually; there is no typical unit here to copy.
A Restrained Palette
Alabaster, terrazzo and stone set the tone. Fabric is chosen to belong to that palette rather than to contrast with it.
