For Interior Designers
A workroom you can visit, a 10% trade discount, memo samples from the mills, motorization handled end to end, and your name on the work. Fort Lauderdale and Miami Beach showrooms, projects from Palm Beach to New York.
Your design, sewn by people you can visit
Most window treatment vendors forward your order to a factory you will never see. We are the factory: five seamstresses in our Fort Lauderdale workroom, an automated cutting line, hand-finished hems, and a motorization team certified on Lutron, Crestron and Somfy. You hand us a fabric schedule and a drawing; what comes back is the drapery you designed, on the date we gave you, installed by the people who measured it.
The work travels with the designer. The Fasano Fifth Avenue drapery is Miami designer Carla D'Aquino's palette, sewn in our workroom and installed in New York; the St. Regis Longboat Key sheers and blackout drapery are Marie Burgos Design's, on six Crestron tracks.

From mood board to installed drapery
1. Concept and samples
Share the room and the direction; we send memos and a budgetary number per opening from the plan.
2. Site measure
We measure every opening ourselves and flag what the drawing did not show: pocket depth, track clearance, a radiator, a return.
3. Fabric schedule and shop drawings
Widths, repeats, seam positions, linings, hardware and motors confirmed in writing before cutting.
4. Fabrication
Sewn in our workroom on a three-to-four-week lead time from the approved schedule.
5. Installation and dressing
Installed by our crew, steamed and dressed, motors programmed, photographed if you want them for your portfolio.

Frequently asked
How does the trade discount work?
Registered designers receive 10% off all purchases, and better terms on multi-unit or multi-project volume, quoted per program in writing. Set-up is one conversation: open a trade account or write to [email protected].
Can you sew my client's fabric (COM)?
Yes. Send the cuttings and the yardage estimate and we confirm width, repeat, railroading and lining before the order; our workroom sews ripplefold, pinch pleat, tailored and inverted pleat and romans to your spec. Our own libraries (Alendel, Lutron, Mermet, Phifer, Crestron) are there when you want a sourced option.
Who gets the credit?
You do. Your design, our fabrication, presented in your name; we do not solicit your client. Where a designer's project appears in our case studies, it is with the designer named and credited, as with Marie Burgos Design at the St. Regis Longboat Key and Carla D'Aquino at Fasano Fifth Avenue.
Can we present to the client at your showroom?
Yes, in Fort Lauderdale or Miami Beach, by appointment, with your samples pulled and motorized demos running. We also come to the site with the samples for the hour the light matters.
How do you handle motorization on a designer-led project?
We specify the motor, power and control per opening, coordinate with the client's integrator or with our smart-home partner Adom Smart Home where a Lutron system has to talk to another platform, and commission the shades into the scenes. You never have to translate between the electrician and the drapery.
What is the lead time?
Three to four weeks from the approved fabric schedule for custom drapery and shades, longer for special-order goods; we tell you the date when the fabric is confirmed and hold it.
Do you offer memo samples and a sample kit?
Yes. A curated kit for your library, and memos per project: performance screens from Mermet and Phifer, sheers and decorative fabrics from our European and North American mills, with the specifications your presentations need. Request samples.
