A private residence at The St. Regis Longboat Key, Sarasota's most anticipated address. Working to Marie Burgos Design's fabric direction, Exotic sewed and installed ripplefold sheers in Mitchell's Meadow Breeze Winter across the great room and dining, and blackout-lined drapery in every bedroom - Décor de Paris Luna Sheer in the master, Villa Nova Valleta, Tulia and Kasian in the guest rooms.
Every panel travels on a Crestron QMT 24VDC track on Cresnet - six tracks, wall-mounted, pinch pleat and ripplefold - living natively in the residence's Crestron scenes alongside its motorized rollers. Whisper-quiet motion, clean pleat geometry, and a perfect stack, sewn in our own workroom and commissioned by our own crew.
