Broughton is a Trevira CS sheer from Holland & Sherry (100% Trevira CS, made in Italy). It comes in 3 colourways, White, Ivory and Grey. They file it with their sheers.
Trevira CS is a polyester whose flame retardancy is built into the fibre itself, so it cannot be washed out, which is why it turns up in hotels and condo common areas as well as homes (see curtain fabric types).

We measure and give the yardage
We measure the windows, settle the style, the fullness and the lining, and work out the yardage on the width and the repeat, so the order to Holland & Sherry is right the first time.
We make and install
The cloth comes to our Fort Lauderdale workroom, where our five in-house seamstresses cut and sew the sheers, and our own installers hang them on the rod, track or motorized system the window calls for.
Where Broughton works here
On the ocean side of a Sunny Isles or Fort Lauderdale living room, Broughton would hang floor to ceiling on a ceiling-mounted track, hand-drawn or motorized on Lutron or Somfy, with a solar roller behind it for the glare and, in a bedroom, a blackout panel on a second track. It is cut and sewn in our Fort Lauderdale workroom and installed by our own team from Miami to Palm Beach.
