Blazer Stripe is one of the Holland & Sherry cloths we make up as draperies: a wool flannel in their Sporting Collection (100% wool, 59 in wide, made in Chile). It comes in 5 colourways, Sail, Yacht, Oar, Channel and River. Their spec sheet gives its end use as "Upholstery, drapery, wall upholstery, soft goods, and accessories".
The 59 in width runs up the roll, so panels are made of joined widths and the seams fall inside the pleats. The stripe runs up the roll, by Holland & Sherry's sheet, so it stays vertical on a panel made of joined widths. Holland & Sherry give the repeat as 2.63 in across; we match it across every seam and from window to window, which adds yardage and is figured into the order.
Wool brings weight, a soft hand and quiet, and it resists flame on its own; what it does not resist is the sun, which fades and weakens it, so it wants a lining and, on bright south and west glass, a shade in front of it. In a lived-in, air-conditioned house it is at home; in a house shut up for the summer, humidity is its risk (curtain fabric types). What Blazer Stripe does at the window, and what it does not
Best use
We would make Blazer Stripe up as tailored panels, pinch pleat or ripplefold, lined, for a bedroom, a study or a living room that wants the warmth of a suiting cloth.
Light and privacy
An opaque cloth, so privacy is complete when it is closed. The lining sets the light: a light-filtering sateen keeps a room glowing, an interlining adds body and quiet, a blackout lining turns a bedroom dark (lining guide).

Limitations
Not for unshaded south or west glass on its own: the sun fades natural fibres, so a shade goes in front of it there. At 59 in a wide panel is made of joined widths, and the repeat is matched at every seam, which costs yardage. No NFPA 701 result in Holland & Sherry's data, so a condo common area or a commercial job that asks for it needs the cloth flame treated with a certificate, if Holland & Sherry can supply it that way, or another cloth.

We measure and give the yardage
We measure the windows, settle the style, the fullness and the lining, and work out the yardage on the width and the repeat, so the order to Holland & Sherry is right the first time.
We make and install
The cloth comes to our Fort Lauderdale workroom, where our five in-house seamstresses cut and sew the draperies, and our own installers hang them on the rod, track or motorized system the window calls for.
