A very light see-through roller that rolls up small, in four colours
Rimini Transparent is the lightest see-through roller fabric from TOP Window Covering in our library: a heat-set polyester only 0.24 mm thick and 100 g/m2, on a 280 cm roll (110 inches). It has a fine woven texture that gives the shade some surface without weight, and TOP classes it as transparent, so the outlook stays visible. There are four colours: White, Beige, Gray and Anthracite. A cloth this thin rolls up into a small diameter, which helps in a shallow pocket, a slim cassette or on a tall window.
TOP publishes no light or solar figures for Rimini and gives no humid-room listing, so colour is judged with samples at the glass. Anthracite gives the clearest view out and absorbs the most heat; White glows, reflects more and softens the view more; Beige and Gray sit between. The trade-off with a cloth this light is presence: it softens a window rather than furnishing it, and it does nothing at night. TOP rates it 5 for colour fastness to light.
What Rimini Transparent does on your glass, and what it does not
Best use
Stairs, hallways, a tall narrow window, a guest room on the shaded side, a kitchen window with little depth above it: places where a slim roll and a soft daylight veil matter more than control. White or Beige for a bright room, Anthracite where the view out comes first. For any room that needs privacy or sun control, this is the wrong cloth.
Privacy
Daytime softening only. Shapes and movement close to the glass read from outside in daylight, most clearly through Anthracite. With lamps on after dark, the room is fully visible. Pair it with a blackout on a dual roller where night privacy matters, or choose a light-filtering fabric for that window.
Glare control
No figures are published, and transparent is TOP's most open class, so treat Rimini as a softener. It takes the edge off a bright window; it will not keep a monitor readable with the sun on the glass, and a low sun in line with the window shows straight through. A room with a screen facing the window needs a solar screen.
Limitations
Four colours, no published light figures, no humid-room listing and no fire rating: Rimini is a simple fabric for simple jobs. It will not darken a room, will not hide a lit one and will not stop heat. Where the window takes hard afternoon sun, choose a solar screen; where it needs privacy, a light-filtering cloth.

Where Rimini Transparent works here
Rimini belongs where space is tight or the shade should almost disappear: a stair window, a tall narrow window in a hallway, a kitchen window with little room above it, a guest room on the shaded side of the house. Anthracite on a window over a garden keeps the view crisp; White on a north window keeps the room bright. On sunny west glass we would put a solar screen there instead.
Orient Transparent is the heavier alternative, with a longer colour card and a humid-room listing, on a narrower roll.

Will Rimini fit a shallow pocket?
It is the best candidate among the see-through rollers. At 0.24 mm it builds a much smaller roll than the heavier cloths, so a tall shade fits where a thick fabric would not. We still measure the pocket and the drop before ordering, because the tube and the hem bar take space too.
How wide can a roller shade in TOP Rimini Transparent be?
TOP makes Rimini Transparent in a 280 cm (110 in) roll. The roll width is the widest single piece we can cut, so one roller shade can be made a little under 110 inches wide. Wider openings get two roller shades side by side, set to move together, or a split placed where a mullion hides it. We confirm the exact limit for the operating system when we measure.
Which shades can be made in Rimini Transparent?
Rimini Transparent is a roller shade fabric. We buy it from TOP Window Covering by the roll and make the shades ourselves in our Fort Lauderdale workroom: cut square, finished with a weighted hem bar and fitted to a Lutron, Somfy or Crestron motor or a manual chain, then installed by our own team from Miami to Palm Beach.
